Warranty
All products sold on Synthizer.com come with a 30 days warranty. The warranty covers faulty items and do not cover objects that were mishandeld, dropped or misused.
Returns & Refunds
From the moment you notify us of a faulty item (via info@sythizer.com, the contact form or via phone), you have 15 calendar days to return the item or until the end of the warranty period, whichever comes last. All returns for faulty items sent back later won’t be refunded.
Returns for non faulty items must happen within 15 calendar days of your reception of the item. You have therefore 15 days to notify us of your intention to return an non faulty item (via info@sythizer.com, the contact form or via phone). From the moment, you get a confirmation from us for the return of a non-faulty item you have 7 calendar days to return it. All returns for non faulty items sent back later won’t be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved (generally within 72 hours of reception of the item), we will either send you a replacement item (only in the case of a faulty item) or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
If the return is not due to a faulty item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a faulty item, the shipping costs will be refunded to you at the same time as the refund for the item or independently if a replacement is sent to you instead of the refund. If any doubt arise from an abnormally high return shipping cost, we may request a proof of payment of the return shipping costs.
