The 3S-X stands are one of the most practical desktop speaker stands. They are made out of Aluminum 5053 which is one of the stronger aluminum. It is relatively light (about 2pounds per stand) while being thick and sturdy enough to hold mid-sized speakers.
The upper platform is slightly inclined upwards which gives the speaker an ideal orientation for the ears of the listener. This makes them great as monitor speaker desk stands.
On top of that the studio monitor risers are adjustable over 5 levels and vary from 5.9″ / 15cm to 8.6″ / 22cm. The screw to adjust the height is made entirely out of metal with a black colored metal head.
Included in the package: two 3S-X music studio monitor stands AND small rubber pads to stick under and/or over the stand to isolate the vibrations.
