The Light Design record display stand is made with our uncluttered and simple yet stylish philosophy in mind. It can fit a large range of interior decor. It has a slight vintage look and the transparent acrylic gives it a modern touch.
It’s primary use is intended as a lp record rack but it’s as beautiful when used to hold books or even folders.
It is simple to assemble as no screws are needed. But don’t get it wrong! It is sturdy and although designed for 50 vinyl records, it could hold way more in weight. In fact bamboo is renowned for its strength which is, in regards to the tensile strength, even stronger than steel!
We have opted for bamboo which is an environmental friendly source of material as it grows very easily and very fast. With environmental concerns, it is better nowadays to opt for bamboo rather than for most types of woods as it is not only green but also very resistant.
One of the main feature of the vinyl record holder is that it is adaptable. Indeed, the acrylic panel can be placed at the end or in the middle. It makes it perfect for small and large collections. It can fit 33 rpm (12″) records as well as 45 rpm (7″) or 78 rpm (10″-12″).
The sizes are displayed in details in the photo gallery. The storage space for the records is 10” when in large position and 5” when in small positions.

    Of all the many choices I have seen this is by far the best. Here’s why I think that: very thoughtful design well executed. Unlike others it has a slant to it that helps facilitate the stability and placement of the albums. It is sturdy and beautifully simple. Easy to assemble or disassemble if you need to travel with it. Made from sustainable bamboo which is also quite handsome. The plexiglass in the front it’s also a lovely touch because you can see your albums at all times. Complementary to any stereo set up.I highly recommend 🙂
